1. User-generated content

Bobloscript allows users to publish scripts, descriptions, thumbnails, comments, profile information, and other user-generated content. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to publish their content.

We may remove or restrict content that appears to infringe copyright, trademark, or other rights.

2. Submitting a copyright notice

If you believe that content on Bobloscript infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@bobloscript.com with the subject line "Copyright Notice".

Please include:

• your full name or authorized representative name;
• your organization name, if applicable;
• your contact email address;
• identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
• the URL or exact location of the content on Bobloscript;
• a clear explanation of why you believe the content infringes your rights;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
• your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may delay review.

3. Our response

After receiving a valid notice, we may:

• remove or disable access to the reported content;
• notify the user who published the content;
• request additional information;
• preserve records related to the notice;
• restrict or suspend accounts involved in repeated infringement.

We may reject notices that are incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, or not related to copyright.

4. Counter-notices

If your content was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to support@bobloscript.com with the subject line "Copyright Counter-Notice".

Please include:

• your username;
• your contact email address;
• the URL or description of the removed content;
• a statement explaining why you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification;
• a statement that you have the right to publish the content;
• your physical or electronic signature.

We may forward your counter-notice to the original complainant where appropriate. We may restore content at our discretion if legally appropriate.

5. Repeat infringement

Users who repeatedly infringe copyright or abuse intellectual property rights may have content removed, publishing rights restricted, or accounts suspended or terminated.

6. False or abusive notices

Do not submit false, misleading, or abusive copyright notices. Submitting false notices may result in liability and may lead to restrictions on your ability to use Bobloscript.

7. Trademark and other rights

For trademark, impersonation, privacy, or other rights complaints, contact support@bobloscript.com and clearly explain the issue. We may request proof of rights or authorization.
