Automatic training

Automatic Exercise Farming runs the selected routine while Auto Farm Status Tracker reports its current state.

Exercise selection

Choose an Exercise and Zone, then refresh the machine cache or unlocked exercise list when the available options change.

Repetition control

Track total repetitions, reset the counter, adjust the delay between repetitions, and set the Stamina Leave Threshold.

Rotation setup

Add exercises to the routine and use Rotation Duration Adjustment to control how long each entry remains active.

Rotation tracking

Current Rotation Tracker displays the assembled training sequence.

Rotation editing

Remove the first or last entry without rebuilding the entire routine, or use Clear Rotation to start again.

Nutrition phases

Select a phase manually or use Automatic Nutrition Phase Control to manage it automatically.

Phase tracking

Nutrition Phase Status Tracker displays the currently active nutrition state.

Shaker preparation

Adjust the number of creatine and whey scoops used by Automatic Shaker.

Buff timing

Buff Readiness Tracker shows when the relevant buff is ready.

Item selection

Choose the required food through Shop Item Selection.

Purchase timing

Set the interval between purchases with Purchase Delay Adjustment.

Automatic cycle

Automatic Food Purchase handles repeated purchases while Food Purchase Status Tracker reports its current state.

Return behavior

Enable Return After Purchase to resume the routine after shopping.
